Contact IC Memory Card without encryption. AT24C Series Card includes a series of chips: AT24C01, AT24C02, AT24C04, AT24C16, AT24C64.

  • AT24C02 provides 2-Wire serial EEPROM 2-K bits
  • AT24C04 provides 2-wire serial EEPROM 4-K bits (512 x 8)
  • AT24C16 provides 2-wire serial EEPROM 16-K bits (2048 x 8)
  • AT24C64 provides 2-wire serial EEPROM 64-K bits (8192 x 8)
